All prints are to be ordered individually. Delivery will take approximately 1 - 2 weeks for print only and 3 - 5 weeks for canvas or metal prints from receipt of payment.
Flat rate of $20 shipping Australia wide. However, for any postage to remote areas, please request a quote, as it will be sent by freight.
We will only send rolled prints outside of Australia, this is due to the high cost of overseas shipping and the risk of damage being too high. However, should you request a canvas or a metal print to be sent overseas, I will get you a quote for freight.
No refund will be given unless a request for a refund has been received within 24 hours of placing the order. Request for refund must be sent to info@capturing.com.au.
Once the product is received by the buyer, NO refund will be given.
If the product is damaged, please email info@capturing.com.au ASAP!
When handling your print and taking it out of its packaging, please be extremely careful not to touch it as the print is fragile. Firstly, I recommend leaving it in its packaging until you can frame it. Secondly, please get it framed asap.
